01JUN26 SNA/SNFO board

My recruiter really didn’t want to tell me until it was official but I was just informed that I got the unofficial Y for SNA. Bro called me while I was on the ramp standing next to a running APU 😭. I couldn’t hear jack 😂😂. I hope to see you guys in Newport/Pcola!
What is the deal with all these ISEL candidates getting pushed to the street board? (Edit: I guess you weren’t ISEL but you still had those scores) You’re scores are easy money that you would be picked up.

How long has it been for everyone since you started the process/took your first ASTB? It’s been a long almost two years for me…

future DOR statistic is a crazy tag line 😭
Just making sure I'm arriving at Newport with a humble attitude lol

And I’m a street application who disclosed it :/ it’s amazing how that’s considered a moral issue
It's just because I-SEL is supposed to be more stringent so lots of minor things like speeding tickets, dismissed charges, and marijuana usage results in packets being rejected. I would hesitate to even call it a 'moral issue' if it wasn't the terminology used by the Navy. Personally, I feel like speeding tickets kind of come with the territory.

Took my ASTB in January of this year.

took my ASTB jan 29th this year with a 65 8 9 8. originally SNA but failed depth perception so SNFO here i come

Did you talk to a civilian doctor?? I initially failed depth perception too but that’s because it’s super janky at my RPS. I have friends who are pilots at the nearby base and they told me that they hear almost everyone fails it :/
