That’s what makes me worried ? most of the time, I feel pretty confident with my scores and feel like I have a good chance at getting picked up, but then I’ll wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat and remember that this board is packed with full on alien level astb scores and maybe the quota is lower this time and I’m the odd one out after all these perfect packages get selected ? so I’m doing great I guess lol
Literally in the same boat, I'm hoping my 7's will do the job but if not, I know I'll get an air contract with the Marines. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

I also wonder since they allowed 250 people on the board compared to May's 200, does that mean they have more slots available or less?
I could see the argument made both ways. One could say they let in more because they have more spots to fill, but one could also argue that maybe they let in more to try and consolidate later boards because they know there are less spots available and they want to get most of it out of the way now. This is just pure conjecture though, I really don't know shit.

On this note, I’m choosing to believe that the big board is good news in light of covid restrictions beginning to be relaxed. My hope is that they are now prepping to blow the backup out of flight school and catch back up to the changing demand level since it wasn’t even 2 years ago they were taking almost anyone off the street for SNA due to commercial airlines robbing all of their mid-senior level talent every single year.

This has nothing to do with number of selections, that is a retention issue not an accession issue, the numbers of SNA's from OCS has remained fairly steady for over 15 years.
