Do you know if the next listed board for street applicants is still the one in March? My recruiter said there was going to be a board in January but I’m not sure if he was maybe just looking at the due date for the March board.

I would think that if all slots are filled then they would just go ahead and cancel that board as well but who knows.
 
I just talked to my recruiter today because I wanted to discuss finalizing everything to submit for this board. But he said that I couldn’t submit and wouldn’t be able to for a while because apparently after the April board applicants have been confirmed “at the board” but they weren’t really at the board because they’re not taking any officer applicants for most jobs until at the earliest this winter. Has anyone else heard anything like this?
 
I don’t know about the at board stuff but the November board has been cancelled for off the street applicants and the next one is March 2nd with a late January due date.
 
My recruiter told me today that the Aviation OCM said that the Pilot and NFO billets will be closed out for FY26 after the 15SEPT board results come out. I’m a street OCS applicant, so not sure if it’s different for BDCP, etc. I missed that board while waiting for an updated med clearance to come in (recently had LASIK), so looks like I’ll be waiting quite a bit longer.

I’ve been hearing the term “street applicant”, what does that mean?
