What did you do to improve your application the previous time?
Your TIS might be the Achilles heel. Get you have a waiver but that doesn’t entitle a board selection.
Right. I added 4 appraisals from the previous board and an additional LOR. Not much else I can do for the rest of my package besides refine my statements and ensure there are no other errors. I strongly believe the first time I wasn’t selected for supply because I had one O4 appraisal and that was it. So I’m hoping this time with the appraisals I’m good to go. I’m going to the Navy Supply Corps Ball this coming month, hoping to network and maybe get an appraisal from the Chief of Supply Corps.
Nice, hope you have plenty of appraisals per designator. But you having no waivers is a big deal so you should be good. If your OAR is over the requirement then you’re good no worries on that part.
I was originally going for SWO supply was just a back up I have one appraisal for supply I will boost them if I don’t get picked up for either.
Yeah I really want supply after getting to know the community some. I’m not sure how SWO is.

You could have gone the URL ISPP route and bypassed the SWO board.

Does anyone have any insight on previous supply boards average selection rate ? I’ve scoured through most forums and most information related to supply is several years old. Im sure we all would appreciate some updated information to get a better idea of the situation if possible.
The last few boards the selection rate was moderate to high. They did close the last board but I believe that’s due to quotas being filled. This next board is the first one for FY26 so hopefully they revamp the selection rate again!
