were you prior enlisted with any TIS? Did you have any waivers? How were your appraisals ?
I’m coming in with no prior service, and I’m a little confused about waivers—do they get handled before or after the interviews? If you can shed some light about this, I’d really appreciate it. My recruiter was great but swamped, so I’m still piecing things together.

On the bright side, my appraisals came back strong, so I’m feeling hopeful—though I know the field is packed with talented people with strong profiles.

Waivers are usually handled during the application process. You’ll submit for approval at around the same time. At least fleet side that’s how it works I’m assuming recruiter side might be slightly different.

Well, I did not have to sign anything so, I guess I did not need any waivers? 🤷‍♀️
