so im assuming 03Mar25 is still part of FY-25 quotas? I thought it for FY-26 already.. hmm
On the other schedule it says “to pick FY26 quotas”

The next board is picking FY25/26 quotas. This one says FY25. I believe anything before October is FY25 which explains why september classes are filling up.
