I don't know what the Navy calculated my GPA as but my best guess would be 3.3. OAR score was 51.

It shouldn't. I think the only time a waiver would be considered if it was for commiting a felony or previous marijuan use. Something to that nature. A medical issue isn't exactly your fault.
