It sounds and looks like most are leaving in July which would be FY 26 spots, normally they don't dip into those until March or April.
Do you mean “OCS date FY26” in that document mostly indicates that the civilian applicants will start training in July 2025 instead of October 2025?

When it comes to officer programs it is all when a person commissions, doesn't matter if they are civilian, AD, reserves or other service veteran.

I honestly think it boiled down to the TIS. I emailed you and I’ll email you my package, so you can compare it. I dont think anything else matter except the TIS for this cycle. They just had so many applicants and we just too old bruh...
The same issue I had with my SWO application. It was instantly denied because of my TIS.
Yeah I also didn’t stack my package heavily for supply honestly. I had one appraisal for supply and the others were for AMDO. Looking forward to the AMDO board.

so FY26 can mean starting training in July 2025? I see some on that list already include the specific dates in July.

I thought if designated FY26, which would be 10/1/2025-9/30/2026, that you would have be commissioned during this time period? Which means starting OCS in July to account for the 12 week course

You don’t commission at OCS until the last day. So take August 10th and then add 12 weeks…
