They just lowered minimum scores. Those are great scores!3.90 GPA (53, 6, 7, 7 ASTB-e). Applying SNA for FY22. Should I retake?
Does this include the OAR as wellThey just lowered minimum scores. Those are great scores!
Ok I just figured it probably would be some changes to the OAR. ThanksOAR is secondary to the ASTB for pilot anyway
Howdie everyone, does getting a PPL affect the board decision making for service assignment (coming from an NROTC standpoint)
And whats this i've been hearing about lower scores for the exam?
We are in the same boat bro except I was only taking the OAR. All we can do is adapt and overcome. I know exactly how you're feeling right now.Took the new version of the ASTB today... super bummed. I tanked on the math, i got tripped up on the easiest problems. Mechanical wasn’t bad however, I kept getting the literal same question 3 times. This happened a few times and it was causing me to second guess my initial answer.. not sure what was happening there.
The test crashed numerous times during my exam. It even crashed during the PMB portion twice and the headphones had to be plugged back in a few times to get them to function properly before I could move on past the practice for dichotic listening.
overall my score was a horrible 42 5/7/6
I really need to retake as I don’t even meet the minimum for Supply.
you meet the min for aviation so you could apply for the waiver to see what they say.Took the new version of the ASTB today... super bummed. I heard supply was very competitive. A additional waiver may lessen my chances dramatically.you meet the min for aviation so you could apply for the waiver to see what they say.
true, but if you want aviation try for that first, if you don't want to try for aviation maybe just take the OAR next timeI heard supply was very competitive. A additional waiver may lessen my chances dramatically.
