Im going to need a TIR wavier having served eight years prior which will also require an additional statement, I haven't been able to find anything on the forums searching TIR or waiver for BDCP with this scenario. I dont assume this is a package killer. I have a 3.9 GPA in information Systems and Cyber Security. Wondering if anyone has run into something like this on the forum or if this is a big Negative on my package?

The PA for BDCP states that no waivers are authorized.

Got it, thanks.

Also, is it a problem if I still haven't received an OCS date yet? I got my FINSEL letter in February as well but it didn't have a date and my recruiter said we're still waiting on one. I see others accepted into BDCP (not in my designator) have received a date which makes me a bit unsure about my own.

Not a problem, sometimes you don’t get an OCS date right when you get accepted. How far out are you from graduation? That may play a role.

I'm going to graduate this May. Should I expect something in April/May, or is it too uncertain to know definitively when they'll give me a date?
I'm not entirely sure since I was accepted into BDCP last September and got a July 20th OCS date; I also graduate from Purdue in May. This falls under the "maybe" category. Don't lose any sleep over it even though it is frustrating to not know when you're going, you'll get your date eventually.

Hi, I wanted to know what my chances were getting selected for BDCP pilot slot. I ended up with a 57 6/7/6 and I have a 3.9 GPA in biological sciences with about a year left in college. My recruiter says my GPA and 7 on the PFAR gives me a competitive chance to be selected, but I don't know how true that is.

Check out the various aviation OCS boards. There's even a stat sheet you can find on here.
