I used to run all the time on a treadmill, so a couple months ago I transitioned to running outside and the difference was/is insane

I'm with you. I'm a big framed guy that even when in really good shape toes the line on weight requirements. Plus in the 15 months since meps I hadn't been pushing as hard as I should. Pushing now with an hour of cardio a day and some limited weights, but I don't see myself arriving in as good a shape as I'd like unless my 60 hour work weeks let up and let me fit in two a day.Welcome! I could lose a few extra pounds myself.
I'm going to try to have all of my research done and most of my thesis written before I leave but I'll probably come back to New Orleans to do my defense after OCS before I move to Pensacola.I will be smack dab in the middle of my last quarter for my masters when OCS starts. I'm thinking about doing all the work and submitting it before I leave. How are you planning on finishing or will your masters be complete by then?
