I do lots and LOTS of pushups every day. Flat benching and incline benching until complete failure every couple of days with pushups between sets. I do 400 curl-ups a day split into what my max is (changes every day) and I do lots of pull ups. I too have been running outside. Every now and then after a weekend full of Miller I usually do HIIT training on the bike and sprints until I feel like I've learned my lesson. I also do regular weight training on top of this. I usually run once a day too. Sounds like we're all in pretty great shape!
