Anyone not get their results yet? My recruiter told me he was taking leave last month and I totally forgot about it. Called him up to see why he hasn’t texted or called me yet and it turns out he will be out of the office for another week haha.

Yeah man i had to call another recruiter that i knew to check my status. Apparently my other recruiter was on leave too but i didnt know. I suggest calling around or something.

Oh alright, I didn’t know there was a 6 month wait to reapply. My biggest concern with the February board (other than being selected) is I’ll turn 27 14 Aug so things would have to move fairly quickly

I turn 27 14 Feb and was just selected in this board, from what my recruiter told me is that the processors take into account ages so that you commission on time.

I was not selected.

I turn 27 on November 24th of this year. So if I was selected I would have needed to have been placed in the Sep 2nd class in order to commission before my birthday.

Can't win 'em all. Looks like I am boxed out for flying with the Navy.

Looks like you had pretty decent scores. Did your OR give you any insight as to why you weren't selected?

He said that he was very surprised that I was not selected, especially in light of my letters of rec. He also did not know, specifically, why I was not selected; he guessed that it was because of my age and the proximity of time in which it would take for me to commission.

I asked him about an age waiver and he said that no one has been accepted on an age waiver this year...

I'm already working on applying to Army Aviation as their cut-off is 30, and I only want to fly helicopters anyway.

Anyone hear anything on their report date yet? My recruiter said he was pushing for me to go late September, but I just talked to him and he said probably mid-October now. More time to get push ups in right??? ?

I just got my finsel today for 14 October! I was hoping for September too but like you said, the more time for push-ups lol
