15 SEP2025 SNA/SNFO BOARD

I finally got in contact with my recruiter who indicated to me he got no kickback on my application from processing so there’s no issues there. I listed SNFO 1, SNA 2 (weird, I know) and he says there’s a note there that there is some issue with pilot slots for this board which is why I may not of been on a list that the member in this thread kindly checked for me. Recruiter believes I’ll be looked at today for NFO still. I’m not sure what exactly he said for the pilot slot issues this board and I don’t want to paraphrase too much and cause potential issues and stress for others. It seems however the NFO position still may be a go for me at least with?

Edit - this doesn’t make a lot of sense now to me actually because multiple people on the excel listed SNA as their only position yet are still at this board. Why would my name not be there if the issue is with some pilot slots yet I have NFO as #1? Suppose I’ll be in limbo for the next 2-4 weeks as potential results roll in.
Just got off the call with my recruiter, he confirmed that there is indeed an issue with pilot slots... Apparently there turned out to be a huge influx of applicants after last fiscal year when they reopened pilot slots after the freeze and even now they accepted too many people from last FY that rolled over to FY26 and there are just too many SNA packets at this board... My recruiter said he just got the news last Thursday and they're still all sorting out and tracking who's actually at board (he also just found out about the at-board list last week...) because a lot of packets are being postponed for some more months (he mentioned January when I asked about November board but don't have a definitive answer for that) even if they were submitted on time... This explains why so many aren't on the at board list myself included, he's going to double check for me right now and will get back to me soon; he mentioned perhaps those that submitted earlier might be safe so I'll EXTRAPOLATE that the board is doing first-come-first serve with which SNA packets they're going to review if any... I hope all of this gets sorted out and we all get reviewed this board instead of another long wait.

NFO slots are all good, though.

EDIT: Definitely check in with your recruiter to confirm if you are at board!

Anybody know if this affects BDCP applicants?

Thank you for sharing this info. Definitely is a shame it’s not going smoothly but maybe it will work out just fine. We will see

Thanks AOA, I also confirmed with my recruiter a while back if I was at board and he sent me a screenshot showing my name and the status reading "On a Pro Board" With the designation reading "139000" which Im assuming is just 1390 or SNA. I also submitted relatively early.

Hey everyone, I've seen information regarding issues with the SNA board this September. I just checked with my recruiter, and he said he and my processor have not been informed of any issues as of late. What exactly is the issue at hand, and have your recruiters been seeking out this information? Or have they been officially notified of these issues? I am supposed to be at board for SNA (1) and SNFO (2).

Knowing this I am surprised that my recruiter sees me “on a pro board” since I submitted only a couple of days before the deadline.

I submitted my application 3 days before the AUG 15 deadline and I’m confirmed “at board” so I’m not sure if early applications are getting picked first to be at this board or the opposite

Our situations may be different, but my recruiter sent me the same screenshot saying the same thing “139000 at a pro board” but I’m not on the at-board list apparently. Are you?

He's still trying to confirm for me (his laptop broke) but I am really hoping that's the case for me too. And phew I'm glad you're at board! Makes me feel more confident that I should be too haha

I really hope it's just issues with the at board lists or admin stuff but all our packets are at board and hopefully getting reviewed...

The issue described to me by my recruiter is that there might be too many SNA packets for this board, and they are getting postponed for selection; I don't think he sought out the information, but he was informed/notified last week, I assume from higher up! It seems they're still sorting out all the information though so hopefully everything clears up soon.

I’ve only been told by him that i’m “on a pro board” how do I check the actual board list?

This is an interesting development. I submitted for both SNA and SNFO, and my recruiter told me I was at board with no further details. Now I'm unsure if I've made it to board for both or just one.
