15 SEP2025 SNA/SNFO BOARD

Hey everyone, getting this thread going so you can ask questions, include your info/ASTB scores, and get to know each other before this upcoming board. It appears the July board was cancelled, so this one should be next.

I made a new spreadsheet in the doc, so please fill out your stats here if you'll be submitting for this board: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...8z9uxRA8i0/edit?gid=1793562768#gid=1793562768.

This is the most recent board schedule (updated 06 June 2025): https://www.mynavyhr.navy.mil/Porta...ER-PROGRAMS.xlsx?ver=__U68sPtXQ-3BCapXfupjA==

Thanks for making this thread! Hey guys I’m applying for SNA-BDCP in September. I scored a 61 8/8/8 and have a 3.9 in Electrical Engineering. Looking forward to interacting with everyone and best of luck!

Welp....just found out the July board was cancelled from this thread (and not from my recruiter). Been trying to get a kit in for over a year now with 56 6/6/6 and a 3.7 and a masters. This is my seventh officer application in my career, including three Naval Academy, two NROTC, one STA-21, and now OCS. Also, I was told that my kit might now even be accepted because it wasn't submitted through my chain of command (which my recruiter and my unit told me was not necessary). You would think after seven tries that I'm not the giving up type, and you'd be right. But now I'm up for Chief next year, and although my lifelong dream has been to fly, I can't help but think maybe it just wasn't meant to be, given the way things have shaken out. Should I wait until September or throw in the towel and deploy again and do something worthwhile that will HELP my career? Just curious what everyone thinks.

A good friend of mine applied 7 times, made it on the 7th. He's a CAPT now. Don't quit.

Are you active duty? The recruiter should have directed you to go through your command.

What happens to your test score and basically your whole packet if it gets cancelled? Do you just apply it to the next board? Also do they “cancel” boards if they are in no need of more SNAs? Also, my recruiter gave me an email a month ago, and never ever mentioned a July Board. Just said that the next deadline is Aug-15.

If the board gets cancelled and you applied for that board your application will get moved to the next board.

Your application just gets moved to the next board. No actions needed on your part or recruiter's part.
