I am a reservist. And it's true, I didn't make it. I think they looked at my age waiver (by 5 months) and moved on. I don't think I was looked at passed that. I can't help but feel cheated a little due to the fact my package was complete for the last board, but wasn't processed due to "oversight" on my recruiter's part.
What the hell kind of luck is that
My OR suggested that I take the OAR (58) again to raise my score and take more classes to raise my GPA (3.6)

This happened to me too haha. But thankfully I got a new OR who took over for him. I am pretty sure that recruiters are supposed to call their applicants when the results come out.

It’s not your OAR or your waiver. It had to be something in your package. I wish they gave board feed back. Your OAR is well over what they are asking for.

Your scores are well above sufficient for pick up. The only possible concern, that I've heard other boards talk about, could have been your age even with a waiver. however, if I saw your PRT score, that would have silenced any doubt regarding age for me. @exNavyOffRec, is able to provide a better in-depth review of what could have happened.
I think your scores are great though and should NOT be touched. I would not advise retaking the OAR unless you are 100% confident you will improve.
