Just be aware this is the same canned info they put out and have put out for many many years and often what is said and what is done are not the same.

Unfortunately, I was a Pro-Rec-N today. I’m certainly dissapointed this evening. I am planning on re-taking the OAR so I can re-apply and make it on the 17NOV board. SWO was my #2 choice behind Intel, but since those applications are closed for FY22 I will probably pull the application and make SWO my #1. Any advice is appreciated.

The list is not published online unless a person puts it on this thread.

You have a good GPA and OAR, did you have any waivers? I am wondering if SWO is moving back to "better have us as #1" mentality?

No waivers at all, and I took some advice on AW to writing a motivational statement.

I don’t think my statement has much to do with it, it was to the point and just outlined my leadership positions, work experience, challenges overcome, etc.
