I’ve been trying to find alternatives to running to change up my cardio.

ive only been doing cardio since July to start prepping for OCS
The PRT does have push-ups… cardio is great but strength training and calisthenics will help a lot as well. Not that OCS is very physical, but I’m assuming the calisthenics would suck if you haven’t been doing any.

nothing appeases the AW gods like some good workouts. You’re finding the way.
