I would check with RUFIO to see what alternate means for AMDO, some boards if you are an FY 18 alternate they will also list you as a FY 19 primary, others if you are an alternate if not called up by the next board you have to re-apply.

I have been instructed what it means. It means that i was selected. However, i would commission after Oct 1st. As opposed to primaries who commission before oct 1st.
