Does anyone know if the OCS flight physical is the same as you do at NAMI? I'm asking if they do the same exact eye exams, same color vision test, etc? found on here http://www.med.navy.mil/sites/nmotc/nami/arwg/Documents/WaiverGuide/01_Physical_Standards.pdf

Think Ive read that theyre technically the same, but that the NAMI one is more relaxed and quicker.

My heart dropped when I saw my phone ringing from my recruiter... He said I got the Pro Rec Y SNA!!!!!
I was so worried considering my GPA is complete dog poop but I guess my average scores made up for it.

What was your GPA? Thats the one thing i'm worried about with trying to get a pilot slot because mine wasn't very good either..

Recruiter just called and asked if I could go to OCS after July, so aiming at early August. Has anyone else heard back for dates yet?

No FINSEL yet but mine told me yesterday to plan on August 12. He said both July classes were full.

Well that's good news for everyone who wants to get in better shape before they ship, I guess. Recruiter called yesterday to tell me they needed an updated transcript before FINSEL. Makes sense, I graduated between the time I sent in my packet and the time they reviewed it. Anywho, I'm stuck in a deeper FINSEL Purgatory than I thought, so I don't know where I'll end up.

The transcript turn around shouldn't take too long. I graduated May 5th, submitted new transcripts by May 11th and had my FINSEL by May 17th

That's good news! I guess I have something to look forwards to as long as they don't need anything else they haven't told me about!
