This is just my own opinion, but I would just say rest. If you really want to do something I guess light biking or swimming just to stay loose and sort of an active recovery but it's a good idea to allow your body time to recover. It's not about how much you do. It's about how well you're doing it anyways. Make your workouts worthwhile and enjoy the rest. Just my two cents . . . Take it or ignore it lolI'm doing cardio/pushups/situps/etc five days a week. Any one know if it's wise to go biking on my two rest days, or should I stick to just five days of cardio?
