same, the only thing that matters is is ASTB then GPAThe LOR's don't seem to be of significance to the board, what about the interviewer's appraisal documents from current pilot's?

Nice to know that ASTB is the priority between the two. I assume Degree of Study is looked at with GPA as well?same, the only thing that matters is is ASTB then GPA

for aviation not really, they take really no time to look at much on the application except a few key things.
Rufio was saying in the "New Pilot/NFO Program Authorization Out" thread that the aviation calculator, which is mostly ASTB and GPA as far as I know, is becoming less important in selection. He didn't elaborate much though. What's your take?
Two went on Sunday. I was offered a slot there but couldn't get my life together in time. I just spoke to my recruiter and he said he's been checking (there is nothing currently out) and they should have FINSELs next week sometime.Any early picks get OCS dates yet?
I am in the "green zone" of the aviation calculation of 80.
Is this a good enough score to be selected? :/
my recruiter says that I have a high chance of getting selected but comparing my scores with all these guys on this thread, Im at the bottom hahasame score i have for SNA. fingers crossed, monsieur.
I’m in the same bot as you. When you search for people with the same scores I have, 56 6/6/7 for pilot, all the ones who posted got in. Needs of the Navy, competitiveness, and other factors are at play too which could make this different. But I only took the ASTB once. Since there is nothing else to do while waiting, I’m coming to terms with the fact that I might need to test again.Im at the bottom haha
We have to remember that Air Warriors is probably a bit skewed to the upper end of the average due to the fact we’re all pro active and most of us aren’t just doing this for shits and giggles. However, yes, every board is different. Hopefully the last board is VERY similar to the selection of this board. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.my recruiter says that I have a high chance of getting selected but comparing my scores with all these guys on this thread, Im at the bottom haha
Like @Seniuram said, AW is going to have people who did really well because of all the gouge and tips on the site. No way I would have done as well with just the study books I ordered. Being in the green is great, there's definitely still a chance! A recruiter just posted the other day in an aviation page on FB requesting pilot applicants for the Navy saying the time to apply was now and that she would help these pilots get there. Though only a few responded seriously, that's good news for us! Keep your heads up until the end of the month and then hopefully it pans out in our favor ?I am in the "green zone" of the aviation calculation of 80.
