I wish I applied ISPP, I wasn't paying attention and found that NAVADMIN after submitting my package. I technically meet requirements and wonder if they still look at people that applied the normal way for OCS in the same way. The ISPP is just a way of making it easier for military to get chosen over civilian counterparts. I wonder if they are trying to see if it affects retention of pilots.
