I mean out of the Girl Scout Cookies, the thin mint has to be the best based off the opinion of majority due to its flavor. If you were testing it’s resistance to breaking compared to the other cookies I would say you would be correct

Could be just one of those things or could be we don't have near enough data.

Edit: so the only significant thing wait times indicate is how often you end up refreshing this site

correct, most of the wait is finding OCS dates, and that is affected by how much other work the processors at NRD are doing.
