Which vaccine were you inoculated by? I’m slightly cautious, however, provided they are still “emergency use” qualified. I’m wondering if I should just wait for them to be fully qualified and then just have the military administer it, thoughts?
From someone who currently works for big pharma (and absolutely hates it and would love nothing more than to fly and do carrier landings), the technology used in both Moderna and Pfizer is super safe. Unlike the traditional vaccines, like the J&J one, there’s no inactive virus particles being injected. While technically they are all emergency approved vaccines, they all underwent extensive research and testing. The work behind these vaccines have been going on since mid-2000s, that’s why we got the vaccines so fast.
Also, Pfizer filed for regular approval of their vaccine and Moderna is getting ready to do the same.
I got the Pfizer vaccine in January and last dose in mid February. Had some side effects for the first 24 hours but nothing since
