So I told my OR that I was aiming for the September board so I can add some flight hours between now and then. So hopefully by September I can submit again for SNA with a decent amount of flight hours under my belt and hopefully I would have passed the written for my PPL.Your scores are at or near minimums which few get picked with, you need to retake your ASTB, if your scores were stellar like the other guy and it was probably an oversight I would say try it, but you are looking at another "N" and more time waiting, and on a remote possibility or a DNR, should your submit and then get rolled to the next board you are going to be waiting even longer to retake and try with good scores.
Unfortunately I am trying to avoid a retest until absolutely necessary because this is already my second attempt. My first time was horrendous. I scored a 45 3/4/4 so I rushed into my second test and then I scored a 47 5/6/6. A big improvement but I still best myself up for it because had I given myself more time I would have scored a lot better.
