Also curious to what everyone’s running workout is like for a week? Just want to compare it to mine. I usually try to do one really long one, one sprint work out, and the rest 1-2 miles for the rest of the days left.
I'll run 1.5 miles followed by squats 2 days, sprint one day, then another three days is HIIT workouts, seventh day is stretching and jump rope or swimming.

Monday, Wednesday Friday i will do a 2-3 mile run and then Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I do a sprint workout.
I've found myself doing something similar to this, but I'll usually also call my recruiter in between sets to see if the results are out.

Pro tip: Blast "Anchors Aweigh" on repeat for a 15% increase in speed.

I run 3 miles Monday, Wednesday, Friday and usually swim 500m Tuesday and Thursday. I try to do push ups and sit ups everyday.

I’m sure y’all have seen those machines that print fake copper coins? Usually they’re at casinos or resorts. Well I had a dream last night that I was randomly hanging out next to one and all the sudden someone posted the results here saying if you got PROREC-Y, you’d have one of those coins printed with your name on it ?

Machine started printing a lot of them. Woke up before I could check if my name was on one.
