On one hand I find it weird that so many aren't on the list even though we submitted on time.

On the other that 153 number is exactly the number for "Max 1st and 2nd Choice Kits" on that GENOFF screen which is way too precise to be chance.

What exactly is the Max 1st and 2nd Choice Kits? I don't understand what that means ?‍♂️

Over on page 108 there were posted images of GENOFF data which is I suppose an aggregate for designator information - take a peek and it should make more sense. I definitely can't explain the columns with any conviction so just guessing.

That's a good catch I hadn't gone back to look at the dashboard info. That's probably precisely why some were moved to the next board automatically.

If you apply for SNA, SNFO, and SWO in that order, you (the board) can only have so many of those kits seated at the board before they cap it for unknown reasons. You can see that the kits waiting at board and the max number allowed was off so not everyone was going to be seen this cycle.

Just to keep using SNA as the example (since NFO isn't saturated). 160 are awaiting board according to that list - that can't be the case that those 7 remainders that got pushed over to the next board are all on this forum unless there were packets waiting prior? Clutching at straws now I suppose

I heard something like 80 applicants got pushed to the next board.... just a idea not a fact

Not sure where those numbers are coming from. From what I see on the 22 Jan Dashboard:

Current 1st and 2nd choice max (Allowed per board):
Pilot: 50
NFO: 78

Current 1st and 2nd choice awaiting board:
Pilot: 154
NFO: 109

Remaining Select Needed:
Pilot: 67
NFO: 103

The numbers from 15 Jan are slightly different.

Just heard from @atpeak that I made the list. After reading 10 pages long, finally some good news. Question for those who said you weren’t on the list, what was your 1st selection spot? SNA or SNFO?
Funny thing my recruiter was adamant that how I listed my designators didn’t matter ?
