That's overall selection rate. If people apply for only one designator, statistically the selection rate for them is more specific.

I.E. The selection rate of pilots for October was like 40% and NFO was like 35% of the total applicants. Add the two and you get a total selection rate of around 75% of applicants that were picked up for either SNA or SNFO.

Obviously we could get even more specific if we knew how many applied only SNA, NFO or both and who was selected but there's no way of knowing that for a whole board.

Not sure what we’re calculating... but here’s my info if needed, my buddy and I both made the “At board” list, both applied SNA only.

I turned in my packet on December 9th, his was turned in on November 19th (he hates checking AW lol) It’s a panic attack every other week on here but I still appreciate the memes and convos ?
