Just so I’m following correctly, are we assuming the board met based of the dashboard or did someone AD confirm?

Someone got word that the board met early, similar to what happened here last week and was confirmed when we saw the at board list said "October" instead of November so that was our proof.

Officially? Probably someone AD who can do some digging or it will come down the pipe at some point, but the OR's telling people they got pushed is probably a sign they weren't at the board when it convened. For certain it will at least be on the results memo. Our exact date was even different from the information some "solid source" had. It was off by two days.
