Clearly... Plus I have memorized all Bravo and well into Charlie. Guess most people don't even know B going in. I can't be the outlier.
Yeah I just read most people will not see Appendix Bravo before they arrive. I'd also imagine if some of them know of Bravo, they may think that the info isn't testable until later so they just procrastinate.

I imagine all the prior service, especially navy priors think the memorizing stuff will be easy. Meanwhile me being 4 years out of the Airforce I can’t help but feel like I should know more of the Appendix B haha

Yeah I feel the same way, the more info I find the more I feel unprepared. I don't think the memorization will be too bad between now and my ship date and I intend to have Bravo as well as most of the procedures (P-Way greetings, chow hall procedures, etc) memorized before I get to ROM. Then I look at Charlie and it's not too crazy, then you get to Delta... lol OMG. Luckily Charlie and Delta aren't in the, "verbatim", category.

Wow... I wonder why they are lowering the requirements after already widening the age pool.

Don't read too much into it, the min was 5 just a few years ago and then it was raised to 6 with little effect, the reason being very few were ever picked that had 5's as scores, in a way it looks like they made it closer to the old PA, the one thing it does is specifically says former officers or current officers cannot apply via OCS.

Excerpts from REI's Co-Op Journal:

Type I Fun
Type 1 fun is enjoyable while it’s happening. Also known as, simply, fun. Good food, 5.8 hand cracks. Sport climbing, powder skiing, margaritas.
Type II Fun
Type 2 fun is miserable while it’s happening, but fun in retrospect. It usually begins with the best intentions, and then things get carried away. Riding your bicycle across the country. Doing an ultramarathon. Working out till you puke, and, usually, ice and alpine climbing.
Type III Fun
Type 3 fun is not fun at all. Not even in retrospect. Afterward, you think, “What in the hell was I doing? If I ever come up with another idea that stupid, somebody slap some sense into me.” Many alpine climbs. Failed relationships that lacked Type I fun. Offwidths. Writing a book.
I have written two novels. Definitely Type III "Fun"

Good thing my scores are forever. It just makes me look better now in the event I’d like to switch to Pilot ?

What is Appendix B and C?

edit: is it FAA appendices?
Appendix Bravo, Charlie, and Delta are knowledge areas for OCS. Appendix Bravo is required to be memorized verbatim: Chain of command, Navy/Marine songs, orders of a sentry, watch standing procedures, code of conduct, rank recognition etc.
