You got me beat today! I couldn’t bring myself to run outside cause of the wind. I was running at 3 incline on the treadmill. Pace on treadmill said 7:30 but my Stryd foot pod gave me the times in pic, def think they are more accurate. Also love brooks! I ran in the Atreyus new company out of Texas...29049

I actually need to go get fitted for another pair. These were on sale and I was desperate to get out of my old asics cumulus gels. I've been cross-training and haven't run in a solid two months cause of shin splints. I was trying to build back up to my high school PRs but I'm 29 and messed up big time trying to go too hard too soon. Paying the price now.
