Was the change In values
Yeah but unfortunately, that doesn't answer the question. We know 154 (approximately) from the at board list.

I have 29 DEC 2020, 15 JAN 21, and 22 JAN 21.

There is no change between 29 Dec and 15 Jan. There is a change from 15 Jan to 22 Jan.

The difference is:
Attained PRO REC Y Goal:
Pilot: 482 -> 517 (∆ 35)
NFO: 129 -> 136 (∆ 7)

Directly correlating to:
Remaining select needed:
Pilot: 102 -> 67 (∆ 35)
NFO: 110 -> 103 (∆ 7)

Where in this information are you getting 136? Are you looking at something other than the two GENOFF dashboards that I'm referencing?

I did not see my name on the AT board list. My question is where does the AT board list come from? I have not heard anything from my recruiter. Should I contact him and mention this AT board list, or is that only for AD eyes only? I applied back in October for the Nov board. I didn’t hear until late November that my app got automatically pushed forward to the next board being this one. Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated.

Or tell me how you went from this:
Looks like only 35 SNA and 7 NFO selects.
Which is what I see too. To then coming up with this:
136/154 is not bad!
Without telling us where you get 136 from it's hard to latch onto the idea that 136 people were selected without providing the information you're using to calculate 136.
If you read it from the way South presented 101 SNA (65%) and 35 NFO (43%). lined up with the last boards results. I would say it is fairly accurate.
Where is this info from?

Just got word back from the guy who pushes the packages to the board.

"For this board there was a restriction on how many kits per designator went to board. To ensure fairness across the board, kits turned in as early as OCT 2020 went to board. Once I hit my number of kits for each designator (no matter if the kit was turned in by the deadline or not) I could not send any more."

"To be totally transparent this board is unique because of the COVID situation. Last year when COVID first hit, OCS stopped having classes, then when they started taking applicants again Aviation was not considered a priority designator so I couldn't ship anyone. Combined with the fact that we were still holding boards and applicants were still getting selected, this created a massive backlog of applicants waiting to ship."

"Those kits that weren't selected for this board will go to first board of the new FY (August 2nd)."

My question is when is the next board? The website says May, @Goldy421 ’s contact says August, and my recruiter told me a while back October, which could be now in August.

I will be happy if it’s May, I can live with August, but if it’s not until October my sanity might be a little questionable by then.

The most competitive packet theory doesn't hold ground. There were some guys with very good scores that didn't make the list and vice versa.

That would also imply that they stacked and ranked them before getting them to the board... which is where they are suppose to actually review them.

Talked to AD guy also on this board that gave me the numbers from the GENOFF. Said we were reading it wrong. If they want to explain it, they can. They DM’ed me. So not going to put it on blast.
