Is anyone else still waiting? If I havent heard anything yet should I assume it's a No? I still see nothing in bupers but with some people knowing already I feel I should be getting the reconsideration package in, Congrats to all that pick up.

Call your local recruiters office. There's also a chance you were rolled to the next board.
