I'm not sure if it's a fully formatted LOR, but there is absolutely a section in the application for recruiter comments.

Hey Guys,
My recruiter forwarded me a letter that said I'm in for the the 18 March 2018 OCS class... which is about 3 months sooner than I was originally told when he called and said I was in.
Any other pilot designators get a letter already? I originally was told it would be a month to get a letter with a class date and then probably at least another 2 months before the class report date. Let me know what you guys know so far.

No letter yet, but i'm flying down to Seal Beach to Raise the Right Hand and collect my papers March 2nd. OR stated March 18 FINSEL. I was hoping to get my date a few months from now because of my contract with my employer, but whatever, gotta do what I gotta do.

Submitted for the February 7 board, found out Pro-Rec Y on February 7, and heading to the February 25 OCS class

I saw what my recruiter had wrote. It was just a few sentences, not like a full-on LOR.
I finally got a hold of mine. Turns out he submitted my kit late, so I never went to the February board.
