I took the OAR about a month ago and I can give you a few pointers if your still interested.Just starting the Officer process. I'm schedule to take my OAR September 3rd. What study guides and books will best prep me for this test?
I have the Officer Candidate Test for Dummies to freshen up my math. What other study material/websites should I use?
Also, what ALL do I need in my package? My recruiter doesn't seem too educated on how the process works which is worrying me.
This is what is required I believe:
-tech degree w/GPA (3.4+ competitive )
-Physical
-interviews with AD AMDO'S
-LOR's from AD officers O-5 or above
-personal acceptance letter
-secret clearance eligible
-pass OAR (50+ competitive )
-submit before Jan. 21 2016
If there is anything else or I missed something or am wrong, please correct me. Like I mentioned, I'm just starting this process so all the help is greatly appreciated.

The biggest issue with AMDO is the few spots each year

Evals: New guy P, EP, EP, EP

Masters in Accounting 3.7 GPA

The "age thing" got me worried too, I enlisted in the Navy at 32 years. Hopefully that would show that I've been highly motivated to get a commission right from the onset.
Wow man, your stats are awesome. Those DAU certs look really good. I'm sure that if you get selected you'll make us proud fellow 1st class brother. What was your OAR score? I am a prior SK but crossed rate to AWF a few years ago. We old guys deserve an opportunity right? Good luck!I submitted my package a few weeks ago and my stats are as follows:
