Why does every politican think they know something about military strategy?
 
Apparently they changed the spelling. Kyiv is still pronounced the same, and many journalistic style guides are stick with the traditional English spelling. So there, smartypants!:icon_tong
 
Flash was too quick on the draw for me, there. See, occassionally he really is fast!
 
There are also no chicken dishes with the following in the title: "Beijing/Thailand/Mumbai/kyiv", but their other names... :D
