So where is everyone from? I'm from Cleveland and have lived here my whole life. Couldn't imagine not living on the water!!

Since graduating high school, I enlisted in the Navy and had lived at the following:

2001-2004 Yokosuka, Japan
2004-2007 Paxtuent River, Maryland
2007-2010 Yokosuka, Japan
2011-2012 Djibouti, Djibouti (HOA)
2012-Present Mons, Belgium (Loving it because we get to travel around Europe).

My home of record is Michigan.

I have a question to everyone who has taken the ASTB. I am about to take this test again and my only concern is the math section.

What Lincoln Lucas and J.McGinnis both said. I think the key to the math is not getting caught up in trying to actually understand the questions during the test. You just need to memorize the formulas and do the practice tests until the math section is nothing more than recognition.

Has anyone written a reconsideration letter for a package? Trying to get some guidance on this, do's and dont's of what to mention and what not to mention.

Basically cover what you have done to make yourself a better candidate, increased ASTB scores, started work on Masters, or increased GPA. I have had several that put in letters of reconsideration and many get selected, the ones that didn't kind of made sense (low GPA/ASTB/legal issues)
