How about 2022? If the Republicans win the House in 2 years, the Republican congressman could elect Trump as Speaker of the House. (Per Article I, Section II of the Constitution, you do not have to be a Congressman to be Speaker although that is the tradition.). Probable no, technically legal yes. I imagine Trump as Speaker would be interesting.

Where do you come up with this nonsense?

What happens if NY convicts him but FL refuses to extradite him?

Since judges are usually much more resistant to political pressure or whims, one just need to look at the recent election-related rulings, they would almost certainly follow the law and extradite Trump if charged.

So I’m trying to use liberal logic here; if you’re not willing to condemn violence then that means you support violence, right? I mean, shouldn’t this be a no-brainer for the press secretary to come out and talk about how there’s no excuse for violence and it’s time to unite the country and not divide it...and call for Antifa to step down since Trump (aka the head fascist) is gone?

Dershowitz is a buffoon that nobody listens to. He has been fellating Trump and his minions at every opportunity.
He was also a Harvard Law Prof. Being a non career Harvard Law lecturer seemed to carry a lot of gravitas for Obama.

Instead of attacking him personally, perhaps you could find someone of equal credentials who disagrees with his assessment. As I said, not interested in amateur Con Law practitioners, but truly interested in what the experts have to say. Listening to the experts is supposed to be de rigueur in the new Administration. No?

This coming from a guy whose lawyer wife occasionally whispers into his ear, and passes himself off as some kind of legal scholar, wagging his finger at all of us lay people.

Dersh is a clown. No serious legal mind would disagree. This is self evident.
