When did y'all interview and when are y'all hearing back etc? What's the timeline been since let's say January or whatever
Got a link? All good questions to ask your recruiter. Recent board results appear to be out.
Hi, I wasn’t either. But he mentioned something about the June board and he said he will get back to me with more information. So idk at this point, honestly. Putting on the back burner for now. Just wasn’t my time I guess! And thank you. Best of luck to you as well!Well, my recruiter already has the results and sadly I was not selected. So give your recruiter a call.

In most cases you need to have a 6 month wait in between applications.Hi, I wasn’t either. But he mentioned something about the June board and he said he will get back to me with more information. Good Luck! It's very competitive and the selected is very low, stay after it.I applied last May and interviewed today. It started off a little rocky but I caught my rhythm towards the end. Hoping it went well, if not I’ll be back here for another year snooping around until it’s time to apply again.
The conversation was based on expectations from the reserves i.e, MOBs and time commitment and leadership as an officer.
For context:
- Fairly low Bachelors GPA
- MBA in progress
- Site leader working in warehouse distribution, 450+ team members at one point
- 8 years of leadership in warehouse distribution and fulfillment for F10 companies
- Prior enlisted: 4 years
- 3 LORs: 2 from current employer 1 from an Army O-4
Best of luck to everyone
