That makes sense. Though my release is good through July, but who knows. I operate on whatever schedule the Navy gives me now.

Still waiting on my FINSEL letter to my Capt. That is how it comes right? PRO REC'D for 1820/Information Professional. Anyone else got there OCS dates? Any IPs out there?

Update. I haven't received my FINSEL yet however was told to expect it in hand by Monday of next week if not this Friday. I was given a verbal that the final select was complete for a Mar 12 class date.

Update for other 1830s: I just completed an SCI interview by phone, which seemed to be an opportunity to confirm the information I submitted on my SF-86. Not sure where this puts me on the FINSEL track.

I didn't know it was part of the process until my recruiter called me last week to schedule an SCI interview. Your recruiter may know.

You need to do a TS-SCI PRESCREEN interview to determine if you're even eligible for one. Your recruiter should give you instructions on what to do and what it entails.

I just recieved an email today asking me to meet with my SSO to take care of the SCI pre-screen interview. I should be able to knock that out tomorrow. Are FINSELs starting to trickle out yet?
