After 12 long weeks in Newport, I'm finally an Ensign. Many thanks to those here who have given me advice along the way, it is greatly appreciated. Next stop: NAS Pensacola!

P.S. I have a question concerning leave/liberty at NAS Pensacola. I would like to come home to Jacksonville for the July 4 holiday weekend. Is there a maximum distance that I can travel from NASP while on leave/liberty? Thanks!
 
Congrats, FastMover. When you get down here to Pensacola and report to A-Pool, they will go over all of the leave stuff. Have a safe trip down here.

Thanks for all the well-wishes everyone! I can't tell if that actually is a cover way up there or if it's a glitch in the pic...it does kind of look like a combo cover, though.
 
Your DI was cool. I have some stories about him. Im sure you have heard.
