Best part of CORTRAMID? Being a VT IP that has to provide T-6 support for low safe clearing (since the T-34s are doing CORTAMID), no students during that couple weeks, fun low flying, and an F-18 ride!

I'll bite as well.

1st contact with a recruiter: May 2020
PROREC-Y: May 2021
OCS date: Nov 2021
OHARP: March 2022
Checked into Pensacola: June 2022
NIFE Academics (phase 2) January 2023
NIFE Flying (phase 3) April 2023
(I should be) Checked into Corpus for Primary: May 2023
Eta to start primary: July 2023

So almost 3 years from 1st contact to touching a plane for the first time, ha.

I'm at SFWSL right now, and us owning the T-34 program is really the biggest steal on the flight line. It's a great hours supplementer and it gets us all some much needed GA/VFR flying experience that we don't get regularly!
SFWSL?

To this day, I'm still bitter about losing ours. It was a great deal.
