Getting down to Pensacola to NIFE. If you know you want helos, you could maybe get into the IFT-R program they are pushing and get priority placement. Over to NASC on how they want to select people for that program. That said, go after helos because you are the biggest helo fan since Igor Sikorsky, not because it shortens your time to class up. Nobody is really head over heels about their NASC experience as a stud, but being an ENS in Pensacola is one of the better deals in Naval Aviation. Don't wish it away. You'll get to the grind of Primary/Advanced and the Fleet soon enough.
