^^ Agreed. My gut tells me to have the guy to cut his losses and stay out of everyone's hair. This business is tough and unforgiving, regardless of designator or platform, and we have more than enough people in the pipeline who are passionate about succeeding in Naval Aviation. We can afford to be picky and should be when there are those who waffle or merely tollerate flying because it's not what they thought it would be, or they haven't truly figured out what they want to do with their lives. Not everyone gets to be a rock star.
