FY 22 IWC DCO Reserve Board

My recruiter just reached out, let me know the board is asking for certs.

“Issue: Application package claims multiple valued IT Certs (AI/ML, Scrum master, etc, but no certs included)”

I listed competencies, tools, skill sets. Didn’t list any certs cause all certs I’ve had in the past are well past expired.

He recommended writing up a statement explaining those items listed aren’t certifications, they are things I do on a daily basis at work.

I have till tomorrow, want to get things 100% right and polished. Anyone know if there is a Navy form they’d prefer I write this on, or have advice in general?

Yeah my recruiter called and stated they wanted a clearer copy of my eval. ?

But that’s my official copy from EOPF. I have no other copy.

So I’m hoping they still consider me ?

My recruiter said they’re interested in you if they call and ask for forms.

That’s what my recruiter told me as well, if they weren’t interested they wouldn’t reach out.

Yeah, i guess that’s a thing.
Hopefully they take us both. I’d be distraught if they don’t take me over a technicality and you over semantics in wording.

I hope both of you were right because my recruiter called and told me the board asked her about a missing eval. The LoC had to be resent by close of business today which thankfully got done and acknowledged.

At least you was able to get the eval in. I still only had the one copy! But god willing we all make it.

I wonder how many applied to this board.

When she called me about that i been bothered all dang day ?

You should be good to go, I think it is the same person sending out these requests and told my recruiter to try to have it in today, but no later than 10am central time tomorrow.

Yeah i was told 1400 EST, and fingers crossed! Hopefully we find out sooner then later.
