My recruiter just reached out, let me know the board is asking for certs.
“Issue: Application package claims multiple valued IT Certs (AI/ML, Scrum master, etc, but no certs included)”
I listed competencies, tools, skill sets. Didn’t list any certs cause all certs I’ve had in the past are well past expired.
He recommended writing up a statement explaining those items listed aren’t certifications, they are things I do on a daily basis at work.
I have till tomorrow, want to get things 100% right and polished. Anyone know if there is a Navy form they’d prefer I write this on, or have advice in general?
