no it doesnt. it is available in public folders in outlook. the mapping should be something like...
public folders/all public folders/usn/"your server"/"your command"/ then play around with the folders to see if you can find one that says something like "all hands message traffic" or something to that effect.
you should be able to see other command mapping as well, so you can try and find your previous command too.
my mapping is
PF/APF/USN/PAXR/NTWL/VX20/ALL HANDS
its only about 30mins to an hour prior to NPC, but after hours (1630ish) it is there all night until NPC opens in the morning.
can you razz in from home? (do you have a cac reader?)
