"d. Education. Section 1 provides an example of technical and non-technical degrees.
Specific degree requirements for option programs are listed in section 2. Unless otherwise specified in section 2, selectees are strongly encouraged to pursue technical degree programs and are required to complete degree requirements in not more than 36 calendar months, attending school on a full-time, year-round basis. All STA-21 participants, except for NC option selectees, must complete two semester courses each of an approved engineering-level calculus and calculus-based physics equivalent to 6 semester hours of each subject prior to graduation with a GPA of 2.0 or better."
