During a normal run, around 7:00/mile pace, I heel-strike, but not too terribly. I've been trying to hit the mid-foot more but it's very difficult to switch. I'd say a forefoot/midfoot strike is the healthiest way to run.And SRP is gonna smoke us in the run. @srp_4737 and @jeffersjack do you guys run on your forefoot or heel? I've been trying to convert but don't know if it's worth it.
