Getting Married in/directly after TBS

We're on the same page here gents. I was simply saying that "make sure to marry someone you would want to divorce," implied the beginning to an end. I understand the main point though. Any legitimate advice on a Christmas wedding during TBS for a guy marrying a woman he wouldn't mind divorcing?

It's been a long time (I was in Frozen Fox back in '98), but I seem to remember that we left like Wednesday the 23rd and came back the first Monday after the 1st of Jan. And we were allowed to go in the hole for leave...

Wow, you have a good memory. All I remember about TBS is that my six-month sentence was extended to nearly seven months (seven months of my life that I'll never get back, that is) due to the Christmas break.

And we were allowed to go in the hole for leave...

Just spit-balling here, of course, and really...who cares what I think? BUT...if, during the contemplation of marriage...even one tiny nugget of "the whole divorce thing" enters into your mental calculus...well, you've just answered your most basic question...and don't go there. I was luckier...and it never entered my mind.
